“I just want to say thank you so much to the entire staff at Libbys Loving Hands. In a very short notice, we needed a month of in-home care, and then to the owner personally came to speak with us about what those needs may be. Promptly she had staff at our house that night was able to provide the care that we needed for a family member.The staff was friendly, efficient, educated in home health care, and extremely compassionate for our loved one.These were very difficult times for our family, but it would’ve been impossible for us to do this alone although we have plenty of family, willing to help, it was always reassuring to know that we had a skilled healthcare professional always available to assist us with the level of care that was needed.The compassion and dedication by each individual caregiver was beyond our expectations. Every caregiver was extremely courteous, professional, well informed on our level of care and trustworthy in our home.I can’t say enough about dealing with Ni Wilson who always responded by text, call and email.Again Thank You and your staff.Gary Hofmann and Family.”
