Flooring Solutions, Inc. has been providing exceptional customer service for over 25 years. The whole team is very professional and pays close attention to details and all requests. Customers have had a great experience from the first call to the very end. The sales representative helps through every step of the whole process, start to finish, and follows up every step of the install, even coming back to check in. The crew installing the flooring is neat, efficient, and keeps everything clean as they go. They are prompt and courteous, and projects are completed on schedule. The company is outstanding in all aspects, from the receptionist who takes the phone call to the sales people who discuss orders, make sure shipments happen in a prompt manner, and offer other suggestions to make the process go smoother. They are quick to respond and take initiative to handle any issue that may occur. The website is user-friendly, and samples help in the selection of tile. Customers give a 5-star rating and highly recommend them for a great job and beautiful floor. Walk-ins are welcome, and the business is open Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm and on weekends by appointment.
Nothing but a great experience from the time we walked in to the showroom all the way through installation of our LVP, Tile including backsplash and carpet. Everyone was polite, professional and extremely helpful. Jamie, Mike & Ben made great suggestions and offered options for every aspect of our journey. The communication was great and the timeliness was the best in the area! Thanks to everyone for a great job! Special thanks to Mike, the tile installer, who felt like an addition to the family with his singing talents while installing the shower tile!
