Matt went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Initially, we were told the stair runner would take 3 - 4 weeks, which we were ok with. However, yesterday, he called to say the carpet came in, was bound and ready to install today. We were ecstatic. The carpet looks great and we highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking for carpets or luxury vinyl plank flooring. Call Matt, you will not be disappointed. If you are not satisfied, he will make it right until you are!!
