We recently hired RoomFlip to install hardwood on a flight of steps that were carpeted. They were able to stain the treads to match our laminate flooring that was previously installed, which we were thrilled about. Once construction began, the project flowed seamlessly. This was a project at my second home, so I wasn’t there to monitor progress in person. Bill kept me in the loop with weekly updates and photos, which gave me great peace of mind. Today, we have a beautiful porch with Eze-Breeze windows — a space we can enjoy year-round. The quality of the work speaks for itself!
Mike and Michelle, has a wealth of knowledge. We had some ideas but they were straight shooters and told us what would work and what didnt. Our little home away from home was small, and we had a very, very tight budget, but they didn't turn us away. We were later impressed to find out they have clients in the millions of $, but they still took our project. They always made us feel like we were always priority. One time we had a washer leak and Mike took it upon himself to let the plumbers in and made sure we were taken cared of in the middle of their own family crisis. These two are really down to earth people. My husband loves Mike's dry humor, but its their experience and expertise and their absolute honesty that makes this duo a winner in our book!
