Arctek installed my HVAC unit in 2019. My ac broke on a Saturday so I called the after hours number. Robert called back immediately. He came out diagnosed a broken motor and tried to get me through until Monday with no luck He ordered the part Monday and Dylan came out early Tuesday and installed it. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire company. The motor was under warranty so there was only a charge for putting the new motor in. I believe in supporting local small business’ and Arctec is a good one.

Reached out to Jeremy in a conversation, I mentioned I’d like him to examine my air conditioner. I know it’s That’s about the most effort I put into this process and I loved it The office lady that called me was a gem. I got a text message reminder I got a phone call from the extremely polite tech, letting me know, roughly his ETA And that outstanding gentleman called me after he was finished hey man, everything looks great. Waiting on the quote to go with a new unit But Jeremy and his staff are amazing I will not be calling anybody else

Jeremy, when you retire, you still have to put up with me!

Brian was the service tech that came out and he diagnosed the issue fairly quickly. Our repair was more involved due to the original installation (other company) but Brian found all the issues and stayed until it was resolved. I feel like Arctec is a very competent and honest company. I would definitely use them again.
