I was referred by a friend who said Arctec Air was reputable and “won’t do you wrong.” I have an older unit and they didn’t try to up-charge or lie to me saying my unit was done. They were kind, patient and respectful 5 years ago when I called them the first time, replacing the air capacitor. I experience the same treatment this time around. They communicate their estimated time of arrival and arrived on time. Robert was just so pleasant and patient with me answering all of my questions as he finished replacing the contactor. I would highly recommend them.

This company did my house, very satisfied with work, the followup, the personnel were friendly and knew their job. Called them back in a year to do 1 year punch list, arrived on time and went through everything. called them back again to install heating system in my pole building workshop.
