Would have loved to give 5 stars, but the front desk young lady is not a great first impression as she does not greet you upon entering (although I said hello), she’s on her cell laughing instead of being attentive, and simply lacks professionalism. I understand check in is all online, but front desk staff still must provide basic customer service.“
