Love the vibes at this studio, very chill and welcoming! Yoga is not my bag but they work with every level and make it the process of starting easy. Also if you haven’t by now… TAKE MANA’S CLASS cus she’s the best. Tell her Coach Sergio sent ya ?In all honestly, her practice helps make me feel really focused during the class and in-tune with myself :)

I love the Aerial classes like crazy. Stephon is probably my favorite mat class instructor. He is so genuinely himself when he teaches, and it makes his classes unique. He is great at slowing things down and explaining why we're doing what we're doing which helps me focus. He plays music I love that's different from the other classes. Probably my favorite thing is that he makes room in his class for time for you to work on whatever your body wants most. He does it in short bursts so the length isn't overwhelming or intimidating. It feels like he's handing his students the tools they need to create their own practice and honor their own bodies. HIGHLY recommend.

I've used Class Pass a few times to take the hot yoga class. I do enjoy that class and the receptionist is friendly. If you do no have a mat you have to rent one. My only reason for the minus 1 star is that I've gone a few weeks to the same class but have had different instructors. This usually wouldn't be a bad thing but each has their own level of difficulty and poses they wanted to focus on. I would prefer a bit more consistency.
