Waxing the City Washington is a destination for expert waxing services. The experience is wonderful from start to finish, with skilled estheticians providing top-notch and perfect waxing. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. The estheticians are engaging, informative, comforting, patient, attentive, thorough, and reassuring, making the entire experience super comfortable and a 10/10. They take their time to make sure things are perfect. The front desk attendants are lovely, nice, and helpful. The H Street location is great. Customers see a difference with smoother skin and can book appointments further out. Many recommend it to friends and have their next appointment already booked.
10 out of 10 experience. It was clean and smelled amazing. The young lady at the front was welcoming and very friendly. Erykah, my cerologist, was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable, she took her time, and tried to make it as pain-free as possible. Very easy to talk to. She made the experience a 10.
Nay waxed my upper lip and it was daggone near painless! Also Destiny does a fantastic job of getting all of the hair as well and minimal pain. Check them out and reasonably priced. They do not double dip with the wax and are very sanitary.
This was my first experience here and I loved it. The lady at the desk was so nice and Nay who waxed me was amazing she gave me warning on the hard parts and she gave me advice on ingrown hairs.
