Waxing the City Washington is a destination for expert waxing services. The experience is wonderful from start to finish, with skilled estheticians providing top-notch and perfect waxing. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. The estheticians are engaging, informative, comforting, patient, attentive, thorough, and reassuring, making the entire experience super comfortable and a 10/10. They take their time to make sure things are perfect. The front desk attendants are lovely, nice, and helpful. The H Street location is great. Customers see a difference with smoother skin and can book appointments further out. Many recommend it to friends and have their next appointment already booked.
I started with the Alexandria location. I loooove me some AJ, but the at commute killed me 😩.
I switching your cereologist is like switching a hair stylist. I was so nervous to try a new location, but Felicia has been amazing!
She is so efficient, makes me feel comfortable (because I tense up right before the first few snatches 😂), and makes great product recommendations after the fact!
I miss AJ, but I definitely have found a new home at this location with Felicia and Najai in the front is also the best!
I suggest that anyone reading this makes waxing the city their new waxing place. I love my esthetician Destiny down!!! She has the most gentle hands when it comes to waxing, she is the first person to ever give me a pain free wax and she also takes her time and makes sure no hairs go untouched! All while having amazing energy and making me feel very comfortable.
Felicia was my waxer and she was SO charismatic. The entire waxing process was quick but detailed. She even recommended products towards the end of the service which was incredibly helpful. Will absolutely be returning! <3
