Go see Ms. Chow! (Rhymes with WOW!) for your next pedicure. Attentive, patient, and, oh my, what a foot massage. The kind lots of other places charge extra for, but not here. Great value..
IMPORTANT: the address is confusing, and the business has almost no street presence, aside from a flashing sign in the 2nd floor corner window above you . The listed address is not the entrance.. 401 H St. NE is the legal address but it is not even on the building. The doorway is around the corner on 4th, where they post a small sidewalk sign to direct you upstairs. This place is the best. They've been my go-to for the past two years in DC. They are consistent, reliable, clean, and have such warm and friendly employees - special shout out to Van, the other Van and Kim! Gel nails last two weeks! I'm moving away from the city and going to miss this spot. Can't recommend them more highly!!!
