Very unprofessional service and up charged 25$ to authorize a paper. Waited 2 hrs to be seen and the doctor has a very nasty attitude and is racist! They need more employees for better customer service.

The ppl there are nice , but they don’t answer the phone & it’s been a whole month & two weeks (Jan 12) waiting on my daughters glasses. I’ve never heard 6-8wks for some glasses to return. Americas best would never!

Doctors are great at all locations in DmV ,eye glass selection is not the best but it serves it purpose to get your prescription and take care of your sight needs.Unfortunately the staff and front desk personnel they employ are always rude,mean,indifferent,judgmental,unhelpful and degrading.Is always a headache to try to get the yearly appointment and then your frames,this year the package lenses options are not optional instead of being individually separate and priced they are bundled and your stuck with high prices and lense options you might not need or prefer as in my case I only needed anti glare and progressive without a line and nothing else but this was not an...read full review
