For me, the Health Care Center on Columbia Road is 100% the best of them all—starting right at the front desk! My favorite doctor, Dr. Carriel Beal, the nurses, and Alaha—who drew my blood and I didn't feel a thing! And I have a terrible fear of needles. Thank you all so 🙏
There was a bit of a wait, as all doctors offices have, but all of the staff are incredibly kind and professional. Once I checked in, everything was very smooth/efficient. I was seen for my physical, quickly got a vaccine, and got my lab work done in about 20 minutes
Honestly . With all the negative reviews I was expecting to have a not so good experience, it was the opposite. I had a great visit. I did a walk in @ 9:20 am and was out by 12 noon. Not that bad. The doctor was a white male and he was attentive , and I’m a black woman so healthcare is already scarce for us. He actually listened to my request. I got labs done , a Pap smear right on the spot .
