So I've been going to this place for over 8 months. And I love it because my stylist Karen is the best. Her hands are very magical. But the wait is long even if I walk in or make an appointment. I will get my hair shampoo when I first come in after a few minute. But I'll wait an hour or more for her to finish someone else's hair. The staff are very friendly. It's very expensive but I don't mind because I go there once a month.

My hair was tangled after leaving in braids for too long, I definitely thought it was a wrap for me. The team did a wonderful job with a gentle detangle, conditioner, and beautiful cornrows for protective styling. Was able to make an appointment earlier in the week with ease and there were a variety of times available to accommodate someone with a busy schedule.

At first I was apprehensive about letting a man do my hair until I met Azair! I've never had such an easy blow dry that didn't pull and snap my hair. Plus the end result of my two strand twists was marvelous! My hair wasn't weighed down by products and it is bouncy and very soft. My mom even complimented my hair so that says alot! I will definitely be back. In addition to Azair's talent, all of the stylists were creating beautiful hair experiences. Such a warm, inviting, and professional space!
