Gorgeous old hotel with beautiful quiet and plush rooms. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Our room was too cold and the thermostat didn’t seem to work. Called the front desk, they explained that the ac had recently been upgraded on the floor and fixed the temperature remotely. They called back after 30 minutes to check if everything was ok.
We had an excellent two-night stay at the Jefferson. From doormen to reception to restaurant staff, service was top notch. Would recommend and would stay again.
