Dr. Glasser is great, very thorough in his eye examinations; how customer service from staff is lacking. Calls are not returned; eyewear is supposedly on back order with no idea of when it might be available. Been waiting now over three weeks with no follow-up.

Every time I see dr glasser and his staff, I come home telling my husband, my friends and my coworkers how much I love them. You are seen immediately when you walk in, they have high tech tests that are fast and simple and dr glasser explains things with easily understood metaphors or examples. I trust my eye health in them!

Dr. Glasser saw me promptly after the initial eye tests were performed by an assistant. Both the assistant and Dr. Glasser listened to my descriptions of the few issues I've been having with my eyes and offered recommendations for how to lessen/avoid them. Dr. Glasser has been my eye doctor since the mid-80s, and I've never had any complaints with him or his staff. I recommend him highly to anyone.
