Sophia La Belle Hair Botox & Keratin Treatment

zero stars. the owner is extremely rude and abusive. I had to file a police report because he threatened to cyberbully me. why? I called to schedule a second appointment and he told me-he keeps a file on all clients and in my file he saw that I was not satisfied. lie. I only has the audacity to get a breakdown of my $600 bill which I paid. After our initial conversation he called me back several times and called me my-f bitch amongst other nasty things. if you support this business as a woman it is wouldn't be a shame. he is a bigot and I have records of where he called me nasty names and again, threatened me. he's not the only business who provides this service. please do not support him. Do you want a hairdresser keeping files on you and threatening to cyberbully you? I hope not. Shameful.

My hair has become longer, stronger, softer and overall healthier since I have been receiving hair Botox conditioning treatments over the last two years. Sepideh the professional hair stylist is very attentive and has provided great recommendations on maintaining healthy hair regardless of length. The salon environment is warm and welcoming and I would highly recommend to those whom are desiring shiny,soft and healthy hair. Give hair Botox a try.

It's been forever since I had a keratin treatment, but seeing that I'm headed on a vacation soon, I wanted to give myself a little help dealing with my frizzy hair and the humidity that I'm about to (joyfully) face. I tried calling a few places but they never called back or required me to text what I wanted (huh?). Then Yelp led me to Sophia La Belle. The reviews were all really good and it was not far down the street from where I lived. It was 7PM when I called and figured it would go to voicemail...but to my surprise a very nice, and helpful guy answered. Not going to lie, felt a little bit gimmicky at first (almost felt like a timeshare sales phone call), but he really wanted to make sure I knew about their product and process. The call took about 10 minutes, but I felt good about what I was buying into (you pay upfront for your appointment). I showed up on my appointment day right on the dot. The salon was quaint and clean and Sepehe was there greeting me as I walked in. She told me the process and the additional cost (my hair is really long) and she got to work. It didn't take quite as long as I thought it would and I was pleasantly surprised with the overall price for what I got. It's only been 2 days, so things are still new - but I will do an update in a week to let everyone know how this is holding up. Overall - if you're not squeamish about the cost ($400+ for long hair) then you won't regret it. Worth the cost and the time.

Be coming to Sophia La Belle for over 4 years now for all services including the Hair Botox treatment. This has been the best treatment for my hair as it has become healthier, longer, and frizz free. They are the best and most affordable out there.

I’m so grateful to have found this salon in Vienna! I love the 1:1 service where you are the only client and have a wonderful experience every time. Jasmin does a meticulous job. I highly recommend coming here to anyone looking for this service.

This was life-changing!! I love the treatment, which is the fastest straightening I’ve ever done. The products and stylists are also wonderful. Hair botox lets me take care of my own hair for the first time, so I save a ton on blowouts. Highly recommend this.

Today I called the saloon to inquire about their services and book an appointment, and the phone interaction left me extremely disappointed. The rudeness ,using a profanity language and lack of professionalism I encountered on the phone were truly disheartening. The Person (man)I spoke with seemed uninterested in helping me and was notably impatient. They spoke in a condescending tone, as if my questions were an inconvenience. Instead of providing clear and helpful information, I was met with a profanity like Go Fu*k yourself responses and a general lack of courtesy. It was clear that they had no intention of making me feel valued as a potential customer. As someone who values good customer service, this experience was disheartening. I can sue the saloon for such a rude behavior and using a profanity. Because A salon should be a place of relaxation and self-care, and it starts with the first impression, even on the phone. Unfortunately, Sophia La Belle Saloon failed to deliver on that front. I would caution others to be wary of such poor phone interactions before considering booking an appointment here.

I called this salon to make a consultation appointment. A guy answered first thing he said u seems like a new client I replied with excitement yes I am ! he start talking about how grate their products is which is understandable but how much is the company worth for good 10 minutes ? And all that time he wouldn’t even give me a chance to say anythingAgain not a problem for me dude trying to do his jobIt started to get weird to me when he finish his talk by saying we do over the phone free consultation I said oh okay I didn’t know there’s a over the phon ( hair consultation ) like how does this even work? But wait not only thatHe said in order to make an appointment I have to charge you a head of time ( full amount ) of the service I was like excuse me you charge me ? You mean a deposit fee to save a spot he said with a loud voice NO A FULL AMOUNT which is about $300 to $350I had to pause for a sec cuz I couldn’t believe what I just heard lol how would u charge and based on what?I’m sorry I won’t even think about paying full amount 3 weeks before the appointment? I never been to this place before and u want to charge me ? Not even a deposit or half now and half after service done a FULL AMOUNT without getting the service ??How this’s even allowed in this country?I said oh no I’m sorry I can’t do that thank you he replied with angry voice MOST customers pay full amount and we can’t guarantee a spot for you if you decide to return and book an appointment so it’s a better to make the appointments and pay now !!!!!At this point I’m in disbelief of what’s going on and the audacity of this guy is just another level ? I said thanks no & I hang up within a 5 seconds same number is calling me I did answer and he said yes I’m the same person I know full amount thing is new to you but listen most clients do it but I have another salon u can go to if u don’t want this one I said I’m fine thanks I hangup and HE CALLED AGAIN for the second time same number !! I had to block the number he’s calling fromHorrible experience ! and I will report this company if I ever get bothered by them ever again !

Excelent service, very professional, good location.
The lady doing the treatment (Sepy) did amazing job and as good closure a courtesy call from the owner checking on me.
