Nicole was an amazing coach this morning! I wasn’t sure what I was signing up for, but it was a challenging and realistic exercise that made me feel great throughout the day! Definitely recommend and will probably come back!

Coach Alethea at the Cathedral studio is the absolute best. Her playlists are on point, her energy is contagious, and although the workout is challenging, she is super supportive and makes you feel seen.

This is a workout like no other! You're sore the next day or even the day after... thank you resistance cables!!! The coaches are there to push you, challenge you and help you see your potential. Thanks for all the shakes, Alethea, Leah, Jazmine and Heather! I'm coming for more, ladies!
