I had been meaning to find a new spot in the area since my last barber left his usual spot. I had heard that this was a solid choice and figured I'd pop in. I was amazed. It was an excellent experience, and I plan to be back as soon as I need another cut. I was a little weary at first since it was a newer person, I think his name was Fai, at the store cutting me, but he turned out to be quite talented and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent and easy experience.

The hotel concierge booked me a blowout with Elie at Saint Germain totally last minute. Very grateful he’s new here, and I got in with him. He took exceptional care and attention with my thick curly hair, asking how I wanted it, even knowing I was an out of town guest and would likely never have occasion to be back. Very nice guy and a pleasure to be around in addition to a GREAT blowout. Everyone at the salon was super friendly, really loved my experience here.

I just moved to DC from Boston and was looking for a new hair salon. It is always hard to find a salon. However, this time I lucked out! I chose Saint Germain based on reviews, which are uniformly strong. I had a wonderful experience. My schedule is always crazy and the salon went above and beyond to fit me in. I had color done with Nikki and a cut with Teri. I am the happiest I have ever been coming out of a salon appointment - especially a first time appointment. The time and care they both took was outstanding. And they are both clearly masters of their crafts. I am sure Saint Germain is not the cheapest salon in DC, but as my Mom always told me, you get what you pay...read full review
