My experience was great. I don't write reviews often, but I check them all the time. For years I'd considered Dr. Patel bc of proximity, but the mixed reviews gave me pause. Dr. Patel listened and had an actual conversation with me vs the hurried scripted conversation I usually get from practitioners. Yes, the office is dated, but I don't care about that - I want a doctor who listens and cares about root causes. Someone else on here said Dr. Patel has a gentle manner and that's it precisely - not overly friendly, just cordial and genuinely caring. I have been going to see Dr. Patel since around 2010. He spends a lot of time with patients, which is very rare among any other doctors I’ve ever seen. He pays attention to your questions, remembers past concerns/issues, and always checks in multiple times if there are any more questions he can help address before concluding an appointment. He provides great recommendations for specialist providers (dermatologists, etc) when asked as well. You can tell that he really cares for his patients.

Dr. Patel has been my primary care physician for 14 years, and throughout that time has consistently been attentive, kind, responsive, and extremely skilled in providing high-quality medical care. He is friendly and thoughtful, and frequently impresses me with his ability to remember details from his consultations with me from several years ago.I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and reliable physician who you can trust to have your best interests in mind while providing the highest standard of care.
