This review is long overdue... I have been coming to Manuel for years and he is the only stylist I trust to cut my hair! My hair always comes out exactly how I want it. This last time I decided to go with short layers to frame my face and I constantly get compliments on my hair.. even when I haven't styled it and just let it air dry! Manuel knows what he's doing and although the haircuts are not cheap they are worth every penny. I highly recommend!!
Manuel is brilliant! He can do it all! He is honest. He cares about his clients. He loves his craft. He treats all with respect and kindness. No wonder he is voted the best of DC every year!
