We hired Keil Construction to repair and restore our staircase that was probably just under a 100 years old. The staircase had a wobble and was a bit shaky. In our walk-through Mr. Keil knew immediately what needed to be done to secure the staircase (mind you that multiple contractors had looked at this staircase and most were in the favor of a complete reconstruction). The team also then re-stained the banister and balusters to refresh the staircase. Overall, we were quite impressed with Mr. Keil's knowledge around older homes and how much his team paid attention to details within a project. Will definitely be reaching out to them for future projects as well!

I highly recommend working with the Keil team. I worked with Keil Construction for an extensive kitchen and back patio renovation in a 120-year-old home on the Hill that involved many tricky elements, including re-routing plumbing, replacing and installing new flooring to match existing flooring, significant electrical work, stair removal, etc. Jeff is an expert contractor and construction professional with decades of experience who knows every trade extremely well, has exacting standards and excellent attention to detail, and finds creative and clever solutions to unexpected curveballs.
