Living in century old house, problems seem to pop up. For my house that I have owned for a couple of years now, my joists were getting extremely loose. This stemmed from a previous owner remodel.I reached out to Keil and they came out to look at the issue. We discussed the options, and of course I went for the higher cost becuase I didn't want to see the beam. Plus they centered the light fixture in the dining room for me and installed a new chandelier!The workers were professional and courteous.
