I had 10 pieces repaired over the weekend, and was able to head out for a long lunch (and a long walk) and come back to all my jewelry back to their original condition! They took great care of the pieces, many of them delicate, and old, and now myself, my mom and my sister are able to put our solid gold pieces back in the rotation again. Customer service was excellent from everyone at the store!

Very rude. I came in looking for a letter ring and the man was very rude. Henry’s Jewelers next door is much more professional. I was looking for a more vintage style ring and the gentleman with the rotten teeth at the bottom tried to make fun of me. I left and decided that I would continue doing business next door.

I think this place needs to improve their customer service and I feel the staff are prejudice towards black people because they are not welcoming, very rude, and the energy is off!! The oriental woman who speaks Spanish seems to only like certain customers. There is no issue with that, but treat people equally. We Caribbean Panamanians love our gold so we don't mind paying money!! However we will not patronize this place again if they cannot treat us fairly and without their subtle racism.
