I called with a simple question on jewelry repair (they don’t repair jewelry by the way) and instead got a lecture on jewelry repair and how my assumption that jewelry repair is “simple” is why the jewelry industry is dying and people like me are part of the problem. It was just a question, a simple “Nope” would have sufficed. I cannot speak to their products, but the customer service from Enise is pretty bad
