“It is VERY hard to get hold of a center/office within this huge facility by phone. I've been trying to get hold of the Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery center for days using the phone number posted on their web site to no avail. I can get a human (in Physician Referral ???) or Scheduling but when they transfer me to I get a busy signal or the line goes dead. Tried calling corporate number. They just transferred me to Patient Services where I left vmail (no call back yet after 1 hr). Also, when I get a human in Scheduling, they ask for my birthday, phone nr, address every time I call even tho I'm in the system. Aarrrgghh! Update: Got a call from Pt. Services who will have someone from Oral Surg. contact me. She said they get 1000s of calls per day and that they only contact pt. When they're ready to make appt. Update 2: A Dr. From oral Surg. Ctr just called me in response to email I sent and advised of cause of delay (getting ins. Auth). Thank u Dr C.!!“
