Very well organized and clean, top to bottom. Instructors are very helpful in carefully leading participants through each level of exercise, with alternative positions. Bring your water!
Took Allison Key's 26&2 perfect Hot Yoga 90 class: her energy, enthusiasm, precision, focus and individual attention energized me and raised my performance to new heights; left in joyous blissful exhaustion.
Fantastic, authentic 26 & 2 yoga. Very friendly instructors and a quiet and clean studio. Location is a short walk from the Tenleytown metro. I would highly recommend this studio if you're looking for bikram yoga in the DC area.
