Came here years ago. Went in to my appt today can barely understand what the Africans are saying rude. They only had a couple pair of glasses to choose from. Will not come back ever.
Went to pick my new glasses up and they fell apart the same day and this African guy who works there gonna tell me, that I have to wait until next year to have them fixed with an attitude. So mean while I have to walk around partly blind because they refuse to fix them. I know that Medicaid is paying for my glasses but why can these people get away with it. And something should be done about this.
This is the worst eye care facility in DC No wonder they accept Medicaid , furniture is old and scratched up. Customer service sucks ! They shouldn’t be there for to much longer. Worst experience!!
