I started using this dry cleaner as a result of consistent bad dry cleaning service and terrible customer at another Capitol Hill business.
From a customer service perspective Sandra is awesome. She is always pleasant and very helpful. The cleaning service provided as a whole has been very good. I have given the business clothing that was stained by another cleaners and they have successfully removed the spots.

I came by to drop off some work shirts that had pen ink and grease rubbed into them. The building was bright and tidy, and Sandra helped me get an account going and set up for free delivery on future orders. My shirts came back crisp and clean, without any weird stains or scents.
