A nice place that does the job! I can't cooborate all the reports of rudeness frankly. It's not perfect; their out-of-house dry cleaning is mediocre at best (I do not recommend getting it with your purchase, which they will try to tack on to any tailoring sale), and you have to know who to ask for (Mary!!) to ensure you get the best product. But they have a lot going for them: quicker turnaround than competitors, consistently solid though not outstanding tailoring, and low prices when compared to others. After 5-6 services purchased from them, they are my local tailor of choice!

Had som issues where my stuff wasn’t ready when I needed it to be but they were very understanding and went above and being to get me my clothes. Although the mix up really sucked and shouldn’t have happened in the first place, the clothes are impeccable and I got them before I left town.
