Located in the lower level of the plaza— they are always available to answer any questions. Cheerful, personal and professional— it’s a Foggy Bottom treasure. Alterations work is top notch.
We were there just after the insurrection and right before the inauguration, so a lot of streets were blocked off, but we still wanted to see the Capital. We tried to drive but it took 20 minutes to drive a couple of blocks so we went back to the Watergate. The valet was very kind. He accepted our car and assured us that that we did not have to worry about time. I had spent all of my cash and had not tipped him for bringing our car in the first place, but he reparked our car and treated us like family. Everyone at the Watergate was smiling and gracious, but he made all the difference in the quality of our trip. Many thanks and we look forward to our next visit.
