I love 9Round and highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking for something other than a normal, overcrowded gym. The trainers truly set this gym apart from everyone else. They take the time to understand your strengths and push you in a motivating way without pressure or judgment. I’ve been to gyms where the trainers make you feel bad for not hitting a goal, but that’s never the case here. At 9Round, I always feel comfortable, confident, and supported while still being challenged.

This was an awesome experience for a first-time guest. I really enjoyed the variety of interval training, which blended boxing, HIIT moves, and one-on-one boxing technique from the trainer. It was a challenging and effective workout, my abs are still sore from the final station.
The only downside was the length of the session; it would be even better if it were a full hour. Overall, I highly recommend this class and definitely plan to return.
I did the complimentary session at 9Round Navy Yard and worked with the trainer, Eduardo. The session was very informative and he got my heart rate up with the various rounds. There were some other concerns about particular movements I could do, and he came up with some other modifications when necessary. A very exhilarating session, and I apparently took to the speed bag very well!
