Body By Design
“I moved to the area about a year ago and really struggled to find my new gym. I tried a couple of other local places and either felt intimidated or just not welcomed. I'm soooooo thankful I found Body by Design. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and welcoming. I felt at home right away. There is also a great variety of classes including strength, cardio, cycling, TRX, HIIT, and a lot of classes are available on Zoom as well. So there's something for everyone and for all fitness levels. Highly highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfy, friendly atmosphere to work out in.”
