Mobility diminishes with age, even for older athletes. Thinking cycling and golf, here. Stretching on your own or with YouTube will only get you so far. 4 weeks in at Soma and my problem areas are noticeably improved. My mobility is increased and the end result is more power. I have been practicing yoga with Kelly for upwards of seven months. I met her as a yoga teacher at a CT resort. She was so right for me that I continued studying with her on Zoom. Kelly is well-trained and eager to advance her clients' aspirations. She provides good instruction/direction and teaches to your level. She will provide challenges to advance your practice.

I became a client of Mind Soma Health 13 weeks ago. The personalized sessions with Kelly have been amazing. My strength and flexibility are putting me on a healthier and positive change. I have a long commute and my right leg would be very painful at the end of the day. Kelly developed a plan to stretch the muscles and strengthen the leg. It has changed everything.
