I had such a wonderful experience at the salt cave! The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing, and the BioCharger was such an interesting and unique experience.
I mentioned to the owner that I had been dealing with a pinched nerve, and she was incredibly kind and took the time to help me and make sure I was comfortable. You can really tell that she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to feel their best.
I left feeling relaxed, cared for. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful experience and a little extra self-care. I can’t wait to go back! ❤

Salt of the Earth is a wonderful place to let yourself be you. The peaceful atmosphere combined with the healing modalities are a perfect combination. I just keep coming back The salty air cleared up my sinuses. The red light helped my pain. The sound mat and the crystal lights soothed my soul. So many things to do and try. All fantastic. My favorite is the biocharger. I could hardly stand because of the pain in my hip. One treatment and I could stand independently. I’ll keep going and see where it takes me. I’m sure I’ll be delighted. Thank you Sue for all of your care and guidance. See you next week 💖💖💖

We went the first time two weeks ago on a Thursday. I was so impressed by the services and the professional staff and the ease of making a reservation. My girlfriends and I are going this Thursday with 8 of us, as the capacity is for 8 people. We are looking forward to another healing experience. They also have a smaller salt cave for a smaller amount of guests. If you're ever in Woodbury, CT, you should check it out!!! Located next to Dotty's Diner.
