My carpet on the second floor of my house had these long ripples in the middle of the room and the middle of the hallway, and I contacted KPI to help. A contractor came out and assessed the issue and gave me a reasonable quote and then we scheduled the repair for a couple weeks later. The repair took a half hour or so, and they were able to stretch out the carpet and secure it at the edge of the room so that there were no more ripples and it looks great. Very professional and friendly team. I would recommend!
