I had a great trial and that process helped me define the looks I was going for. I had a larger wedding party and including bridesmaids, parents, and a flower girl, there were over 10 of us needing hair and makeup services. The artists, Elena & Kate (makeup) and Emily & Anny (hair) were amazing. On time, professional, kind, and excellent at what they do. We finished slightly ahead of schedule somehow which was a feat given the size of the group. I've never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day, and isn't that what we all dream of?? Seriously, they were great and all of my favorite people looked and felt their best, too. My specific stylists for the day were Taylor for hair and Sarah for make-up.Sabrina was a joy to work with for all the coordination - date, timing, number of ladies getting hair & makeup done, etc. And then Taylor and Sarah were simply FABULOUS. Super fun, professional, and incredibly adept at taking an inspiration picture and bringing it to life. “I went with K Shea & Co. as a last minute decision to get my hair and makeup professionally done for my wedding and I am glad I did! I was so impressed with how my hair and makeup turned out.

I've been doing my own hair and makeup for years and was nervous to go with a pro due to bad prior experiences. I'm very pale with neutral undertones and hooded eyes so it's tough to find someone who knows how to break the 'ultra bronzed, heavy eye makeup' mold. I informed them of my concerns and the makeup turned out fantastic; soft, natural, and perfect for my skin tone. I felt like me, but prettier on my wedding day and that is thanks to Keri and her team!

My curls lasted all day, even through sweat filled dancing (and that is quite a feat for my slinky, hard to hold a style hair). All of my bridesmaid and my mom loved their looks too.

I would absolutely recommend them for anyone wanting an HMUA. They were professional but still so much fun and did an excellent job.“

“Very easy scheduling. Due to her busy schedule she prefers booking directly off her IG: @beautybarbyjanet but she is also happy to accept calls in between clients. Her chic salon is in the high-end of West Hartford in the Blue Back Square in the Marshalls plaza, so ample free parking. She has elevator services that’ll take you up to her suite, concierge can walk you down to her. She is always happy to see her clients and honestly it feels like visiting a good friend. The loft is super cute and very inviting. Her lashing is superb, i loved that she listened to what I envisioned and she was super professional in her recommendations to protect the integrity of my natural lashes. I have gone to a LOT of technicians and honestly I immediately could tell the difference in going to a certified tech vs going to her who is licensed. My lashes lasted 3-4 weeks before I needed a mini fill. Her prices are reasonable compared to others. The music is always on point, the deep relaxation is immediate when you arrive. I’ll continue to go to her. Def recommend.“
