Just experienced ASANA’s new spa location in Avon, CT. It is absolutely gorgeous! If you are looking for a place to be completely spoiled and pampered, this IS the spot! Highly recommend the Fire and Ice experience. Spend time in a luxury sauna then right into the cold plunge! Make sure to also book your winter facial, you won’t regret it!

Love coming to Asana. I see Taylor for facials and she's the best. I followed her from her last place and highly recommend her! The Spa is so warm and inviting from the front door to the rooms where you receive treatments. In love with the smells and vibe.
