“I spent 2 weeks in the hospital recovering from a burst appendix from June 14th through June 28th 2024. I haven't been to Windham Hospital in many years and many years ago, it didn't have a great reputation. On that day, June 14th, I was in horrible pain and I knew I couldn't make it to another hospital so I had to risk Windham, at least that was what I thought. I had such great care, such empathy for my illness by everyone who cared for me. From Dashawn (sp?) who cleaned my room to every nurse especially Amanda who kept me on track to walk daily to Dr Myers and Dr McCallum and their fine care. There were so many others that helped me recover as well and everyone went way above my expectations. I tell everyone about my positive experience I had at Windham Hospital and I recommend everyone to go there without hesitation.“

“I have been a patient at MFP since moving to the area in 1977. My husband and now-grown are also patients. This practice has been consistently superb, especially Dr. Madraswalla, who really listens and who actually hears you. And remembers everything about you without being fixated on a computer screen. I never feel rushed, he and the staff are unfailingly kind and caring and accommodating. There is no "doctor is god" arrogance here: the docs are on your team and and they're top-flight competent across ages and conditions. Direct communication with doctors and staff through the practice portal is prompt and extremely helpful to get questions answered or concerns addressed. Virtual health visits and direct call backs from the docs are offered and are a wondeeful help. In short, this practice is truly dedicated to maintaining my family's health. That's incredibly rare in today's world of huge corporate and PE-owned mega-practices that are all about profit and not the patients. I have no idea how MFP is managing this feat, but they are, and their independence is a sign of their values. We are exceptionally fortunate to be cared for by this practice and I highly recommend it to all.“

“I had been having very bad luck with PCPs until I was assigned to Tammy Gendron. She is easy to talk to,actually listens to you and shows actual concern. Best provider I have ever had with them,and I have been going to them for a long time. I would have gone to another medical group if it was not for her. If you need a PCP ask for her.“
