I am writing to tell folks about Shear Brilliance Institute. I love this school and salon. I came to Angela (the owner) after going through hair stylist after hair stylist. I came to her after I took out my African braids. I made the mistake by looking on social media of what to do with hair after taking out braids. Unfortunately my hair locked and tangled my natural hair. I came to Angela and she untangled my hair which took her like 2 hours. She was very patient and kind as well as reassuring!! She completed my silk press and boy I was a happy camper!! She didn’t charge me for unlocking or detangling my hair and most salons would!! That was 10 months ago!! The prices... read full review

I had an AMAZING experience! Everyone is very kind. My natural hair is very thick and hard to deal with but by the time they were were done it was silky, smooth, and healthy! You should definitely support, you won’t regret it!

I love it. The instructors are very nice and the students are very talented and professional. They were very attentive and i couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone should visit.
