They only work on an AI system they do not pick up the phone at all everything goes by text or phone calls. My service rep did a great job on my refrigerator replacing a part that went. They need to improve on their AI system it does mess up.

Kevin was right on time, very professional, He didn't waste any time; he asked me what my issue was and he was able to repair the situation quite quickly. He was great! My only complaint would be Method of payment did not include cash, or check, only credit card. It would have helped me to know that ahead of time. Other than that, I would use the service again.
