“I am writing to tell folks about Shear Brilliance Institute. I love this school and salon. I came to Angela (the owner) after going through hair stylist after hair stylist. I came to her after I took out my African braids. I made the mistake by looking on social media of what to do with hair after taking out braids. Unfortunately my hair locked and tangled my natural hair. I came to Angela and she untangled my hair which took her like 2 hours. She was very patient and kind as well as reassuring!! She completed my silk press and boy I was a happy camper!! She didn’t charge me for unlocking or detangling my hair and most salons would!! That was 10 months ago!! The prices are great and they do an awesome job!! I thank God for Angela and for my friend for recommending her!!

“The shop is clean, and all the stylists are friendly and great at helping me maintain healthy and gorgeous hair. I really like Las Dominicanas. I wish they would display more ethnicities hair on their website. They do treat and style all hair types.“
