very rude and unprofessional. has no clue how to do nails and is very messy . don’t waste you time or money coming here . worse mistake. nails are very uneven and clumpy, he had a attitude when i told him i didn’t like the nails

I walked in there once and the woman had a customer in the pedicure chair and she was screaming at the top of her lungs at someone on the phone in her foreign language. I waited for a moment to be acknowledged and then I turned and ran from the establishment.

Upon arrival, I found only one staff member, an older man, who claimed to do nails. Despite my hesitation, he assured me he was capable. In less than 30 minutes, he rushed through the procedure. I didn't even witness him using soap, despite his assurance when I questioned him. All he did was trim my nails and lightly scrub my dry feet. It was a waste of $30 and my time. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.

While the staff member was polite, I must emphasize that the service at Be Thi Nails was far from satisfactory. Despite his kindness, the quality of the service was severely lacking.

Cleanliness: The place had a weird unpleasant smell.
