I left feeling like a brand new person on my first visit! I worked with Naeun Lee and she is very knowledgeable, kind and super patient. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and why it was important/beneficial to me. I felt a lot of relief and so relaxed, I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience 😊 I will definitely be returning!

I had a very disappointing experience with this office.

Before starting treatment, I was clearly told that my insurance would cover my acupuncture visits. I made it known that I could not afford to pay out of pocket, and I relied on their confirmation when deciding to proceed.

After attending multiple appointments, I was then told that my insurance was not accepted and that I would need to pay cash. This was never communicated upfront. Had I been given accurate information from the beginning, I would not have moved forward with treatment.

Instead of taking responsibility for the misinformation, the office began calling me repeatedly for payment and eventually sent the balance to collections. This added unnecessary stress over a situation that was caused by their own lack of verification.

I understand that insurance can be complicated, but patients should be able to trust what they are told before receiving care—especially when cost is a deciding factor.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to independently verify their coverage beforehand.

After only one session with Dr. Vicky, I felt relief from my TMJ pain.

I have finished twelve treatments . Jim’s level of knowledge and treatment is the best I’ve ever had. He listens and adjusts as needed. I am moving and with less pain, better than I have in 15 years.

I can't say enough about my acupuncturist, Sherif Farouk. He has helped me with my arm and hand pain, and sleep issues . He goes above and beyond to get at the root of the problem. He is very kind and respectful. I would definitely recommend him!
