I love taking my dog to Wagging tails. He has so much fun, he comes home so exhausted. I wish he could talk and tell me all about his experiences and how happy he is. Krista and her new staff are wonderful. Very friendly, helpful and approachable. Thank you, Krista and Mark for having this facility for me to be able to bring my dog so he’s not stuck in a crate all day long!! ?
I find their online system confusing and difficult to book dock diving sessions. Last time we went they messed up our reservation time and asked me to change my time and I did and they said they would give it to us for free but then charged us for it. Today I tried to book my dog and they asked me to bring in a rabies vaccine, and I found that it expired literally yesterday and she canceled our appt. I come here when I can’t get out to K9 Dock diving in colchester, it is not my first choice?
Not only do my husband and I love Wagging Tails, but more importantly our dog, Tucker, does too! We are always welcomed with a smile and the staff knows Tucker well. The daycare offers many fun activities for the dogs and gives daily report cards, giving parents fun memorabilia and the dogs different ways to engage and play with each other. Tucker always comes home exhausted from a day of playing, and his ears perk up when I ask him if he wants to go play at daycare. Wagging tails is the best!
