I love taking my dog to Wagging tails. He has so much fun, he comes home so exhausted. I wish he could talk and tell me all about his experiences and how happy he is. Krista and her new staff are wonderful. Very friendly, helpful and approachable. Thank you, Krista and Mark for having this facility for me to be able to bring my dog so heβs not stuck in a crate all day long!! πΎ

I thought this was a decent daycare at first. My dog likes going. However one time my dog got pneumonia and almost died after being there. I canβt prove that she got it from them but it seemed suspicious. Today I had to leave work to pick her up because she had two major puncture wounds on her side. Not a single word from the owner or even a call to check on her. They obviously only care about the money and not the dogs. Do not take your dog here. Ever!

0 stars! I had a horrifying experience at this dog boarding facility that I wouldn't wish on any pet. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the overwhelming, terrible smell that filled the place, indicating poor sanitation. My dog returned home exhibiting signs of physical distress and fear, which I later learned suggested potential abuse during their stay. I found them anxious and withdrawn, unlike their usual playful self. Itβs heartbreaking to think that my beloved pet suffered in such an environment. Also, after two or more days of stay It's required for them to bathe the dogs, They gave me my dog back completely wet. They didn't even dry him. Smh. I strongly advise against leaving your furry friend in this unsafe and unwelcoming place.

No stars. All of these reviews are either employees that worked there, or the very few satisfied customers who donβt mind the bare minimum. The place is disgusting, smells like dog feces and vomit, the dogs are lucky if they actually a full groom due to how understaffed this company is . I worked there for months and multiple times a week I was left alone to care for upwards of 20+ dogs, and its IMPOSSIBLE to give them all the care and time they need, and to keep them all in order and from fighting or playing too hard. Itβs unsanitary and unsafe. I personally would have brought my own dog here until my experience working there. They are also highly disrespectful to employees and pay us ridiculously low to be CARETAKERS.

Leaving a 1-star for now, but I was a customer for 5 years, and in that time their prices for overnight cage free boarding was $55. Just picked up my dog today from boarding to find out that the cost went up by $45 a night and they charged me $100/night for boarding which is absurd. The fact that they canβt tell you what price itβs going to cost on their website Insane and to have a policy like the one that they do.
I will not be returning back to them Unless that policy changes and they have their pricing listed on their website.

I find their online system confusing and difficult to book dock diving sessions. Last time we went they messed up our reservation time and asked me to change my time and I did and they said they would give it to us for free but then charged us for it. Today I tried to book my dog and they asked me to bring in a rabies vaccine, and I found that it expired literally yesterday and she canceled our appt. I come here when I canβt get out to K9 Dock diving in colchester, it is not my first choiceπ

Not only do my husband and I love Wagging Tails, but more importantly our dog, Tucker, does too! We are always welcomed with a smile and the staff knows Tucker well. The daycare offers many fun activities for the dogs and gives daily report cards, giving parents fun memorabilia and the dogs different ways to engage and play with each other. Tucker always comes home exhausted from a day of playing, and his ears perk up when I ask him if he wants to go play at daycare. Wagging tails is the best!

For some reason I received an email asking to review my dogs day at your spa. Please check your emails, I had to put my 13 year old bulldog down today. Seeing this in my email inbox broke my heart a little bit more. Mistakes happen, but please check your messages.
