Cashier Brooke was extremely rude. When I mentioned that the shelf price was different, she didn’t believe me and made me go back twice to verify it until I finally took a picture. The manager was very helpful and confirmed that the items had been placed in the wrong location. However, even after the manager explained the mistake, Brooke responded with, “Well, they ring up as what it is,.” end of transaction She then threw the bag toward me as if the situation was my fault. Very disappointing customer service experience from her part. The rest of the team very friendly and helpful.
Jordan literally was the best. I usually avoid the store but Jordan came in and helped me with every question and concern I had. Great conversation as well. Will definitely be coming back for that kind of service again!
