Tanya is superb. She listens to what you want and then delivers it. This was the best haircut I've ever gotten. I'd always cut my own hair- the whole family's actually, but a recent shoulder injury has kept me from doing so. I was scared. Wonderful outcome.

This place is terrible. They have terrible service and are overpriced. They don't have a clue how to cut hair or treat a customer. Go to somewhere else and don't use this place. look at the photo on here of the customer that got their skin burned during a perm. That is terrible service

Took my 12 year old daughter for cut with shampoo- dropped her off at 11:01 and she called at 11:12 telling me she's done. $36, wet head and threats of calling police when I told the stylist that was unacceptable, in addition to being screamed at by an elderly customer. Scary encounter with zero accountability- beware. After drying hair, very uneven - and I have a crying 12 year old hiding in her room. Sad to see a local business take advantage of a child by providing such poor service.

I have been needing a haircut for a while. Other than it being overgrown, I always had it clipped up, this how I knew it was past due a little trim. I drove to Theresa's Family Salon this morning. I have been here before for a basic trim. I made the mistake of not calling ahead, thinking it shouldn't be too bad of a wait, I waited around 40 minutes. There was just one stylist working, maybe because it's Sunday, I'm not sure. Once it was my turn. I sat in the in chair and she put the cape on me. I told her I'd like a trim and some side bangs. The stylist's name was Jodi or Josie. She sprayed my hair with some water first. After brushing my hair, and sectioning it two sections, she began trimming my hair. When it was time for my bangs, she asked me how short I'd like them. My whole haircut was complete in under 10 minutes. It looks light and fresh. At this hair salon there is a 4% discount if you pay using cash. I would come here again for a basic trim.

I usually don’t talk too much. May be that’s why the lady was on the phone all the time when she was doing my perm. My chin was burn so badly b/c she was not paying attention to what she was doing! It is still hurt!
Also, I was given a price for my perm when I was booking the appointment (for two days later). But they charged me for extra $30 when I had my perm. The reason? Some blaw dry, and some other things. I just hope I was informed the price change ahead!
Will not go back there

Every time I get my haircut I go here. Theresa is so nice and welcoming. I get really hesitant about people touching my hair. However, last time I asked for curtain bangs and layers and they came out perfect. Definitely go here!Service: Haircut
