This is the second time I have used Sure Lock & Key to replace automobile key fobs. I have been 100% satisfied with their service. The technician arrived within one hour of my call and answered my questions clearly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs such service.
Had a great experience in west Hartford. My key got stuck in the ignition. I called, shared the issue with the operator and a technician called me back. Told me when he’d be to me and kept me up to date on his timing. He arrived. Solved the problem and helped with some things to do going forward. He had a whole key cutting set up in his van and was super nice. Great experience. Thank you Yaser!!
The technician was very well communicated by calling and making on time for the service. Also he was accommodating another key copying since he understood there was a misleading conversation when I called initially.
