I had a guy come out last night, for a mail box lock nothing crazy it’s a simple lock system. He spent 45 minutes wiggling the lock pick around and then said hey I think I need to replace this. I said no thanks just open it up and we are good. He then snaps a tool off inside and spends another 45 min getting it out. My mailbox never got opened and they charged me! I’m probably going to the better business bureau, cost me near 100$ for NOTHING!

This is the second time I have used Sure Lock & Key to replace automobile key fobs. I have been 100% satisfied with their service. The technician arrived within one hour of my call and answered my questions clearly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs such service.

Had a great experience in west Hartford. My key got stuck in the ignition. I called, shared the issue with the operator and a technician called me back. Told me when he’d be to me and kept me up to date on his timing. He arrived. Solved the problem and helped with some things to do going forward. He had a whole key cutting set up in his van and was super nice. Great experience. Thank you Yaser!!
