I was in town and was looking for a a quick blowout Jourdan was such a great help. She looked for a stylist to squeeze me in. She went over and beyond to help me out. The location is beautiful so if you need help looking for a stylist or even renting a space this location is warm and welcoming.
What a beautiful! The decor is absolutely stunning, and the entire place is spotless, welcoming, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. The manager was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel right at home from the beautiful aesthetics to the excellent customer service. Everything exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be back.
I absolutely love Salons by JC West Hartford! The recent renovation looks amazing, and the space feels fresh, modern, and inviting. It’s such a beautiful salon with a great group of talented beauty professionals. The Concierge Manager Jourdan has created such a welcoming environment, and you can really feel the care that goes into this location. Highly recommend visiting!
