Went with a photo of what I wanted my hair to look like (which, there is no way my hair will ever look like the photo) but Keith took the time to find out what I liked about the photo, what he could do...he took a grown out mash-up of hair styles and gave me a cut the I love (and kinda does look like the photo ;) )
