My husband is a patient of ProHealth Physicians. He originally started his care with Dr Jimenez who was wonderful! But, big surprise, he left when ProHealth took over completely. Since the, there has been no continuity of care! My husband had an aprn who was fairly consistant until she left, folliwed by a physician who wouldn't order his diabetes medication unless he got a covid booster! The first visit I had went pretty good, I had gotten tendonitis in my wrist and intercostal muscle strain in my ribs. Everyone was really nice and in this visit I felt like they listened to me and took their time. I got a referral for physical therapy. Because those things require different types of physical therapy, they could only do one and needed another referral for the other one. So I got therapy for my wrist and my ribs healed up over time. The only reason why I go to this location is because my PCP is great. But Dr. Spencer Erman was a horrible experience. I had a last minute appointment scheduled due to a 9-day migraine and weird symptoms. The man reduced my symptoms to “keep taking your medication” and “go back to work”. The man refused to even excuse me a few days off work. The man literally told me: “That’s not how I do things here. If your PCP wants to, then that’s her. But me, no.” The man is ruining for my PCP.
